At Premier Auto, we are floored by the positive support our school system provides the community.
We are impressed daily by the hard work of teachers and support staff to educate and protect our children, who in turn will work hard to strengthen our community one day. Through a pandemic and its aftermath, our teachers never gave up on our little ones. They give our kids a safe place to learn, grow, and thrive. Teachers and schools are, in essence, the engine that keeps this whole car running.
That’s why at Premier Auto, we do what we can to give back to the schools within our community. Every quarter, we donate to help give back to the teachers and students who give so much to us. We are honored to serve Gulf Elementary School, Gulf Middle School, Ida Baker High School, and all 4 Oasis Charter Schools. If you come in for a service and let us know that you are a student, parent, or faculty member of these schools, 5% of whatever you spend will go back to the school.
If you want to give to a local school, there are many ways to show your support!
- Donate money. Providing what you can helps strengthen a school’s budget and widen their possibilities for field trips, facility growth, and more.
- Donate supplies. Teachers always need more supplies. If you ever find yourself burdened with tons of art supplies, notebooks, crayons, or books, a local school would love to take them off your hands.
- Volunteer your time. PTO’s need volunteers to help run fundraisers, complete projects for busy teachers, and sometimes support in the classroom. See if your local school could use a volunteer or two.
- Support fundraising efforts. You can support fundraising efforts by supporting the businesses that give back to schools, checking for annual fundraiser information, and buying goods and services provided by the school. If you’re a small business owner, you can support fundraising efforts by partnering with your local school.
