While Jocelyne primarily handles the company’s finances and human resources, her passion is connecting the Premier Auto family with the larger community. Building lasting relationships between Premier Auto and the community we serve is at the heart of her role as Community Coordinator. Vintage cruise-ins, blood donations drives, school event sponsorships, and toy, hat, and food drives are just a few of the results of her hard work you’ll recognize throughout our community.

Chad D.
Service Manager

As the shop owners’ oldest son, Chad found his entrée into the auto industry as a tot helping his father work on vehicles. But don’t get to thinking nepotism is the reason for Chad’s position here; Chad began his career at Premier Auto as a lube technician in 2013 while attending FGCU. During his senior year of college, he transitioned to a Service Advisor role and, in 2020, stepped into the position of Lead Service Advisor. Finally, in 2022 Chad obtained his ASE-C1 certification and was promoted to Service Manager. His love of the automotive industry and his 10+ years of experience with Premier Auto & Tire makes him the perfect person to carry on his parent’s vision for our shop!

Andy T.
Shop Foreman & ASE Master Technician

A part of the Premier Auto family since 2021, Andy is a Master ASE Technician with 30+ years of invaluable experience in the automotive industry. Always eager to learn more, Andy routinely seeks out advanced automotive training, allowing us to provide our customers with the most updated and cutting edge automotive services and repair procedures for their vehicles. Having attained more automotive certifications than one can count on both hands, Andy happily shares his experience, training, and knowledge to support and teach our shop’s technicians. His willingness to support and train other tech’s made him the prime candidate for Shop Foreman and in 2023, was promoted to the position.

Brake and A/C Diagnostic Automotive Specialist
Benny joined the Premier Auto family in May of 2024. With 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, Benny has worked throughout the east coast at both dealerships and family owned repair shops like ours. An invaluable member of the Premier Auto family, you’ll generally see Benny in our first bay performing oil services, tire rotations, brake inspections and repairs, and A/C diagnosis.

Diagnostic Automotive Specialist

Joining us in the Fall of 2025, Eric has already become an essential part of our Premier Auto Family. Originally from Ohio, Eric moved to Florida in 1991 and has stayed ever since. Educated and trained in auto repair in Florida, Erik has 29 years of experience as an automotive technician diagnosing and repairing vehicles who are exposed to our extreme SWFL weather conditions. From sedans to trucks, work vans to SUVs, if your vehicle needs diagnostics and repair, Eric is your tech!

Joining the Premier Auto Family in December of 2025, Stephanie comes to us with 5 years experience as an automotive technician. Originally from Northern Minnesota, Stephanie moved to SWFL in 2021 and enjoys our Florida wildlife and loves spending time fishing and doing other outdoor activities. Currently working on getting ASE certified, Stephanie is training with our shop foreman and master technician, Andy, who sees great work ethic and potential. With a little more time and experience she’ll soon be a master technician in her own right!

Randy S.
Lead Service Advisor
Joining the Premier Auto family in March of 2022, Randy comes to us with multiple years of management experience in a range of industries including mobile automotive entertainment and health and wellness. His love for cars and passion for customer service led him to Premier Auto and quickly made him an indispensable Service Advisor to the shop and customers we serve. After three years of exemplary work and loyalty, Randy was promoted to Lead Service Advisor and helps to guide and train our two newer staff members Todd and Kelli.

Service Advisor
Todd joined the Premier Auto family in early 2025 and quickly made a name for himself with our customers! Todd comes to us with 20+ years of experience and knowledge in the automotive industry. Past co-owner of AAMCO in Bonita Springs, Todd is MACS EPA 609 and GM transmission certified, and is the Service Advisor to ask for if you have questions about transmissions and HVAC concerns you’re having with your vehicle.

Karen S.
Service Advisor
Karen chose to become a Premier Auto family member in December of 2025, and has quickly become a ray of sunshine in our shop and for our customers! Originally from New York, Karen’s previous career in the design and fashion industry brought her to call five different states home before settling down in SWFL in 2022. New to the auto industry she is quickly picking up the knowledge and skills needed to thrive at our shop. We are so happy to have her in the Premier Auto family and can’t wait for all our customers to come to know and love her as we do!
Kelli D. a.k.a “the girl”
Shop Admin
Lovingly referred to as “the girl” by many of our customers, Kelli is likely to be the voice you hear on the other end of line when you call us. Kelli comes to us with a wide range of experience including office administration, executive support management, marketing and advertising, payroll and human resources, disaster recovery support, and education. As Chad’s wife, she is ecstatic to be able to support him and the family business by providing our customers with the best possible experience.
